Renovated this years, the house is composed of 4 rooms, each with bathroom and a big terrace full of flowers.
From here, you have a fantastic panoramic made Amalfi Cost, with the Lattari mountains that until Praiano go down in the splendid colours of the sea, while in front you can see the Positano's houses and villas on the mountain.
The place is quiet and close to the restaurants, bar, market and all kind of shops.
From the Residence arrive at the main street at once, and here you find the Bus stop and some private parking.
At the end, for made your holiday unforgettable and funny , the owner will give you, with familiarity and kindness, informations and advises about the Positano services, your tours to Capri, Sorrento, Amalfi, Ravello and Pompei, your excursion in the mountain or in the sea and diving.

VILLA GIADA

In the suggestive frame of POSITANO and its panoramic position, with the luxuriant Mediterranean vegetation of the Amalfi Coast and in a huge garden with in bloom flowers and plants together with fruit trees,the apartement in "VILLA GIADA" offers the possibility to spend your vacations relaxing between the perfumes and the local typical smells as well as the possibility of simple moves for landscape and cultural daily excursions in the coastline and near the known places of Amalfi, Ravello, Capri, Sorrento, Pompei.
The Villa is situated in the residencial area of Positano reachable trought a short stair and the garden from the main road where is the possibility of free parking.
Just 100 metres to reach the stop of the Bus running to the famous villages of the coast, Naples and Rome as well. Near to the house, three minutes walk you can find all the necessary shops as post office, bar, restaurant, food shop, tobacco etc.
The shuttle bus running around Positano stops just below the Villa.
